A partial airmail service designator of a red diagonal line thru a blue patch and a seagull. It appears that the helicopters are a handstamp added for the dedication of a heliport. The seagull, diagonal red line and blue patch are also printed on the reverse, bottom center. |

This appears to be a personal cover mailed in the Panama Canal Zone that I collected for its different airmail border. The border is also printed on the reverse. |

Hi @zepman:
Nice covers! Three more I don't have and need to watch for.

Here are a couple of philatelic covers for Lufthansa first flights into South America. The rectangles round the border were done in Lufthansa's colours of yellow and blue instead of red and blue, with the same on the reverse. Regards DavidR |

One from Ecuador to New York, with 'examined by' re-seal. The air mail designation is in Spanish and English between blue and red lines, on the front only. Regards DavidR |

A philatelic cover commemorating the first day of domestic airmail service at the rate of 5c per ounce, a reduction of 3c. The cover has a nice airmail etiquette, but I would rather see what was under it. I collected the cover for its two triangles of red and blue squares that make up its different airmail service border. |
