I'm always amazed when sellers engage in behavior they wouldn't stand for if they were a buyer, then can't understand why they get negative feedback/get banned from ebay, etc. Selling on ebay, or anywhere else for that matter, boils down to a simple maxim: treat buyer the way you would want to be treated.
