But in practice, is this really true. Between ebay and Paypal, you can return just about any ebay lot regardless of the seller's policies.

Wait.. the 6-23 sale for $204.50 was from the SAME seller. What the dickens is going on?

Could the one showing as having gone for $99 thousand plus be a glitch? I'm tempted to message him.

$3.94 for shipping on that green stamps ,sounds like it will be insured for $50.00. Shucks would of bid if he would of had better insurance .Guess I'LL pass on it.
