Hi Dan,
Weiss. Frankly, the cert is worth more to me than the stamp. I have two of Bill's certs and honestly I think both are suspect.

Because I helped Bill a lot with various computer/technical stuff, he always felt he "owed" me something. Truthfully I did not feel that way and I certainly did not help him seeking reciprocal rewards. But he was always fussing at me and offering to cert stamps at no charge as a way to "repay" me. This stamp was the only one I ever sent to him and the other Wiess cert I have is for a set of Kansas City Roulettes that he gifted to me. Because of the connection to him and our relationship, these items hold a special place dear to me. So I do not care if they are accurate or not; Bill and I shared the same passion about assisting folks entering the hobby and any time I look at these item/certs I am reminded of that; we also shared a battle with cancer.
