Interesting pieces. I would think that translating the writings on the sheets, and the writings on the cancels will shed some light on their origin. I doubt that Iranian Post authorities would know anything about them. They look very crude, my guess would be that they are some sort of souvenir pieces from 1920s -1930s, but this is just my uneducated guess.
