I do not think so . I have 117 pieces of the same stamp, but the color of this stamp is different.

Can you scan two stamps side-by-side to show the different colors?

Does it have watermark?

I'd bet it has the lozenges watermark. There were quite a few shades of the 20pf and I'd call this one light blue. Tough to tell if it was originally that color because the various ultramarine shades tend to ... migrate over time.

Very difficile with shades of german stamps.I have Michel Colour Guide
for your shades I think aid a little:

The stamp is blue but it comes in a lot of tones of blue. At one time there were as many as 11 different Peace printing tones and 5 different War printing tones. Currently there are 3 Peace and 4 War printing tones listed.

Here is one way to collect them (all are War printings and all are expertized):



The last three rows are all tone "d" but it is clear that the tone varies. Trying to sort out the various tones on German stamps is a major headache. I satisfy myself by collecting as many different tones as I can find (mounted without assigning a letter denoting a specific tone if it is not expertized); finding an expertized copy is just a bonus.
