And there is a clear law from 1955 in Pennsylvania that allows it, which is mentioned in the article. Whether or not anyone thinks it was over the top to do so, they clearly had the right to ticket her. |

I got a travel wavier document (to show if I am stopped) from the dialysis center giving me the 'right' to drive for treatments. Not sure how anyone could determine if I was traveling to a treatment or just driving around town; no one can see into my head and determine my intention(s).

Wrong again ikey, and do you really want to go there? You still do not get it, what occurred was that you insulted me twice publicly.
