This may be a dumb question, but I have to ask it.
I have exhibited once or twice many years ago when I belonged to a stamp club. The club owned a number of exhibit frames which it encouraged members to use during our annual stamp expo.
I no longer belong to a stamp club. How does a non stamp club member obtain the frames to show his or her stuff?

From my limited experience, the frames are provided by the show/exhibition. They were likely rented from a local or regional source, and a fee charged to the exhibitor per frame to offset the cost. It certainly wouldn't be practical to expect the exhibitor to supply frames.
