Dear Friends ,

I got a convincing and comprehensive answer to the rationale behind reperfing of US stamps , in reply to some of my other posts in this forum .

Now , reviewing further , we need to check whether the stamp in question has been reperfed to a 10.5 .

Will post a scan soon of the front and back for experts to judge .

Regards ,
Srivatsan .

Dear Srivatsan,

I colect stamps from USA(from 1851 to 2020), stamp from British Empire (oldest I have is blue penny with Malta cross 1940),
also stamps from Romania (from 1860 to 2020) and other stamps old from the world.

Thank you for your time!
