Agree eyeonwall - I looked over what's on offer and the pricing still seems out of line with the market to me. Maybe that's why Lang was able to accumulate so much stuff.

Did Bill really pass away or is this all really creative marketing?

Does anyone know who is actually managing the sale of his estate on Hipstamp? Who ever it is wants to remain completely anonymous, so I have a hunch it must be another dealer, or it could be Kelleher.

An article in Linn's had this from an interview with David Coogle:

Quote:
Many collectors might know Langs from his large presence on the ebay and HipStamp marketplaces. Are those listings coming down and being auctioned off by Kelleher?

"Yes that is correct. We are currently inventorying the extensive listings and identifying those items no longer available and items that will be listed in auction being removed from sale on ebay and HipStamp, in addition to his extensive private holdings."

It is a "read between the lines" type of thing but it does seem to say that Kelleher has control over all of the inventory.
