The "R" may look rising, caused by the hand cut tail, being converted from the letter "P"
(Consistant on plates 46, 58,83,86, and 87. )

I found one I like for a match for the RF
Using only the example from the link above
And the help of rod narrowing down the plate numbers

I like the position of the check letters
The right star appears similar
I also like the weak frame on the east side of the NE star box

I don't like the thickness of the base of the R in the example
I'm not sure if the NW star is a match

I'm probably off, seeing this is new to me
I took a lot longer for the TA but I figured I'd guess

I've been trying to educate myself a little on it

To the best of my knowledge.
This is a hammer code, to marry the individual hammer to it's usage in a particular location.

A small Post Office may have 2 similar cancellers ...A and B

A large Post Office may have a counter 40 feet long, and have 6 cancellers, A,B,C etc

As you may well imagine, the control and audit of postal cancellers is/was very important.
They may not be Alphabetical, or in sequence. Many are numeric.
(Commonwealth focus)

Some cancellers have what appear to be strange codes, these may indicate a Time code when cancelled.
(Alpha numeric)
