Well I was looking and mentioned to my wife that if I were successful I would have to drive to Chicago to pick it up. We have been married for 54 years and I've never seen that look on her face. Kinda resembled this.  |

I noticed an ABC Auctions collection sale the same day as the Kelleher sale (Dec 5th). Looks like a good selection of country lots. Never bought from them before - anyone have experience with ABC (Aldrich) they're willing to share? |

I've only purchased one large lot from ABC but there were no issues with the transaction. |

Definitely a White Sox fan. Disappointing end to the season this year. Missed going to the park this year. Hopefully, we'll be able to go next season (and see a better result).
Until this virus get sorted out we won't be doing too much visiting during the holidays, so one or two of the Rasdale lots would be a great way for me to stay busy. |

Maybe make it a road trip and do something you know your wife would really love to do? ABC- I have only bought some sets from Aldrich and they were all misdescribed as to hinging. One set also had toning spots on the gum that were not described. |

I see the Rasdale agent is located in Park Ridge. Wonder if I win a lot if I could get him to toss it in his vehicle and pick it up in Park Ridge? I'm visiting family over the Turkey holiday and they are less than 10 minutes from PR. |

Mr. H ,have you viewed the Liberty stuff at Rasdale yet . Can we get your input ,like to know your thinking maybe not the lots your bidding on but more general terms . |

STALLZER ------ I don't think Chuck handles stamps ,also Rasdale would not turn over stamps to a agent without them being paid for .It gets messy if there is a problem .
Chuck always billed me for his services after I received the stamps from the auction house . |

Work and family have keep from getting out to Rasdale to look at any lots. I'm going to try, but at the moment I only have a few gaps in my schedule. |

I won't be able to get over to Rasdale to view any of the lots. I'll just have to be cautious in any bidding and take my chances that the lots are better than the descriptions. |

I bought 4 collections in their last auction and I thought all 4 were very good for the price. I think they do under describe their lots to some degree. |

I just saw the Park Ridge address and I'll be less than 5 minutes from there over the Thanksgiving holiday. Westmont is the other end of the city from where I'll be. |

I spend last night looking thru the Rasdale auction listing and got the feeling a lot of the bulk lots are not dealer stock books or collection lots but a lot of modern material and souvenir sheets or big pieces not stuff that would fit a pre-1970's collection ,most new issues in bulk,I have no interest in modern stuff . |
