Don't forget Medicinal Liquors. West Virginia has several tax stamps, and there are additional forms at the federal level.

Ron Lesher most likely already has a list of these!

Unbelievable how far one can expand this Pharmacy topical. And here I thought it was a relatively anemic topical

MrEd, I couldn't resist. It took me some time to break out the revenues.

simply awesome those revenues. I seem to remember a Lydia Pinkham revenue somewhere. Oh and Carter's Little Liver Pills...saw that one in the backroom of a Pharmacy in Boston in the 1970s I believe

MrEd,
Yes, this has turned into an interesting thread with a variety of contributors. It also shows the breadth of material beyond just postage stamps.

If ten pharmacists collected what they liked that each would have a different collection as each defined their own interests. One might keep it very restrictive to include only pharmacy equipment or botanicals or those only showing people. Or to expand into health care, specific diseases, chemists/chemistry - or different formats such as postal history or revenues. The items shown run the gamut from extremely common to extremely rare. Thus the joy of a topical collection.

Amazing how many stamps/cancels promote health and disease awareness like the recent thread on covid. Here is a health slogan cancel from an earlier era:
