I have interpreted these as Sc#447 Perforate 10 vertically and assuming fakes. please offer your opinion, and if fake what do I look for? No discernible Wmk shows
Width of design, best I can see, and estimate is 19.5mm for both.
Oh geez, I'm feeling really stupid right now. You're right. I measured the perforations correctly, so I don't know what I was looking at yesterday. Must have just looked at the wrong group in the catalog. My apologies for wasting everyone's time.
