Don't think Eagle made it here. Carnation was the omnipresent condensed milk of my childhood - doubt if I've had any for fifty years.

Yes, Carnation was my baptism.
I have a very ugly recall, of being on a CEBS (Church of England Boys Society) weekend camp, a squeezing a Carnation tube of condensed milk,
into my mouth in 1 sitting.
It was excrutiatingly delicious, and I had to have black tea for the rest of the weekend.
I have avoided it since.

Are issues void of a Control Alpha Numeric, unusual?

Borden's Eagle brand's cartoon mascot, Elsie the Cow, is a familiar face to me, here in California. I don't personally do any cooking or baking that requires condensed milk, but I often used Elmer's School Glue as a kid, which had Elsie's mate, Elmer the Bull, as its mascot.
