22 - this is hugely helpful - even my wife who is a native has trouble with some of the philatelic references, plus she has been gone from Budapest since 1991 and the language changes.
Have you been to the Philatelic Museum in that city? I have spent time there, off the beaten track, and a wonderful location to see examples of some very rate stamps.
