Been pretty lucky with international mail of late. Two ebay lots sent to Japan and Hong Kong, and each was delivered within a week. Both tracked/signed, which may have helped.
International mail has definitely improved the last couple months. My items (letter size usually) are regularly arriving in major European countries (from Canada) within a week.
