This looks like a typical child's collection from the late-1930s/early-1940s. As Randy says, prospective pleasure, but minimal monetary value.

Welcome. The paper the stamps are mounted on appears to be toned and the toning may also have impacted the stamps (note how the stamps are slightly browned; a scan would be better than than a camera image to verify condition). You should remove them from these pages. As others have noted, the stamps do not represent a significant market value (even less so if there is toning) but serve as an introduction to a good hobby.

These bundled stamps are known as "bundleware". Typically used for putting together assortments (100 different used xxx) to sell or trade.

I would definitely sell them. Just speaking of Germany, there are many collectors who are buying those and search them for varieties. Me for instance ;-)

I look for perfins, and sell the others again. Once I sold 30 bundels of German Reich stamps für 40 Euros.
So your "collection" could be worth quite a lot.
