Need Help Identifying And Valuing This Beer Stamp

I am wondering whether these were used at an exhibition. I wonder if the bottom line below the signature is "US Consul".

That would be interesting, but I looked it up and I don't believe these US federal beer stamps existed as specimens, but I could be wrong

Underlined = I believe but am open a substantiated difference, not a "guess" or will it stick to the wall.

Now the first name:

"Solo" is certain, then "u" is likely. But the last two letters seem to have to be p,b,d.

Old style lower case cursive 'p' has a high vertical line as shown in the word "April." Note that he well dots his "i" in April as well. No other dotting of letters.

His lower case "L" are all quite looped so that disallows the "l" as the last two letter. There is no cross bar for a "t" either. Likewise I would expect a good loop for an "h"

Just a comment, remember the lower case "z" in cursive is a weird beast and the weird beast was clearly there.

I had hoped to do better, but this is my best. Sorry that it is incomplete.
