What could be more frugal than free stamps?
Who is eligible?
Anyone who can send messages through SCF is eligible for this giveaway.
What is being given away?
One packet of all different worldwide stamps, delivered.
What is in the packet?
It is top secret, and a mystery.
How do I enter?
Post one time in this thread.
When is the cut off for entries?
Sunday, August 15th.
What's the catch?
You probably should be a stamp collector...
After the cut off, a number will be assigned to each entry. A random
number generator will determine the winner, who will be announced in
this thread. I will also contact the winner via SCF messaging.
Why are you doing this?
Just for fun, giving back, and etc. I hope to make this a monthly
giveaway.
Remember, please enter only one time in this thread. It is perfectly
fine to enter on behalf of someone else (a new collector, for example)
but remember - enter only once and the packet comes to you if you win.
