Eastern Lowland Gorilla, known as Grauer's gorilla (Gorilla beringei graueri), is a subspecies of eastern gorilla endemic to the mountainous forests of eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire). This beautiful set and SS were issued by DR of Congo on August 30, 2002:

Prosimians are the most primitive of the living primates, which also include the monkeys and apes. The name prosimian means pre-monkey. The living prosimians includes four families of lemurs, the bush babies, lorises and pottos, and the tarsiers.

One of the most beautiful WWF set in my collection is the one issued by Madagascar on April 16, 1988, shows four different endangered prosimians.

Two different endangered species of primates are depicted on WWF set of stamps issued by Guinea on May 24, 2000:

Collared Mangabey (Cercocebus torquatus), a species of primate found in coastal, swamp, mangrove, and valley forests, from western Nigeria, into Cameroon, and throughout Equatorial Guinea, Guinea and Gabon:

The second species is the Guinea baboon (Papio papio), a baboon inhabits a small area in western Africa. Its range includes Guinea, Senegal, Gambia, southern Mauritania and western Mali:

The first WWF stamp in the world was issued by France on October 11, 1969. It shows the European Mouflon or Mediterranean Mouflon (Ovis aries musimon), engraved by Robert Cami:

The Western Lowland Gorilla (Gorilla gorilla gorilla) is one of two Critically Endangered subspecies of the western gorilla (Gorilla gorilla) that lives in montane, primary and secondary forest and lowland swampland in central Africa in Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. This set and SS were issued by the Central African Republic on June 25, 2015:
