I would say that reads 16.5.02. 1-2 N
PostmasterGS and Germania will best know, but if I understand correctly - in German 'th' is written as '.' - 16th of the 5th of 02. I.e., 16 May 1902. Between 1 and 2 Nachmittag (PM). AM would be Vormittag, so V.

Are you talking about the formatting on your Ohrdruf cancel?

It's date, then time. 16 May 1902, between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. N is nach (after) or nachmittags (afternoon).

Not sure if anyone has posted the postmark for Hitler's 50th Birthday Celebration in Berlin on April 20, 1939, (which happens to be exactly 83 years ago today) here it is…

Schach den Fälschungen, publ. Kurt Kayssner, Germany 1935/36 (Lieferung 1–4, often found in one ring-bound volume), 1938 and 1949. A good handbook. In German.
