I looked at both the current listings and sold listings for ID 'scresources' and found indications the seller is not that knowledgeable about stamps based upon some word choices. Un-Perf Pair really stuck out. That said the sold prices are all low for items sold and seem to reflect the level of quality he is selling. Likely his regular customers bid accordingly to prior purchase conditions.
I even saw one sold item I would have been willing to bump from under two dollars up to at least five or so and gum present, condition thereof or lacking did not matter due to being precanceled.

ebay sort is "best match" and sellers can be blocked/lowered down in that search. However, when one lists by time listed or price^/v the seller is not affected with items appearing in the proper locations of the chosen sequence.
