Sorry that I have not answered earlier.

Spain is now open.

As from last Nov we lost selling singles and set on our anchor store ebay.

Total change to bulk lots only with a feature. The change in reward is huge already.

In 6 years we put 3 people through collage + heaps extra.

Have a huge collection that is now beginning to be broken down.

July saw me sort my 1,000,000 stamp on paper for this year. Our business all comes from wild harvest kiloware.

So ends one era and another one opens.

A very recent observation from myself when it comes to the new Australia $1 issue kiloware.

Out of 22kg lot that arrived this week there was 1.5kg of the new $1 issues in it.Plus 15kg x 70c issues.Plus 4kg of 60c & 70c issues + 1.5kg of world stamps.

The $1 issued commemoratives are now being sold by the PO for 12 month+ not the normal 3 month we are use too. With hugely less amount of $1 issues compared with the 45c , 50, 55c, 60c & 70c era releases.

The $1 stamps are really getting very hard to source but they are going to go stale because the kiloware is going to have very little variety in it over long periods of collection time.

The 70c kiloware is going to be the hardest of the kilowares to get your hands on when it comes to Australia kiloware.

The other issue that is harder to get is the 55c era.

This organisation that I just got this kiloware from use to offer 150kg per month in 2005.Now I get all of it 20kg per 3 months. They are a huge organisation that covers most of Australia and I am the only buyer of this contacts kiloware now.

Just had to post this find from today in some recent kiloware.

Will be interesting to see how much kiloware I will end up with over the next 12 months.

This year have sorted by myself over 350kg of kiloware on paper. So that is approx 1,750,000 stamps on paper for the year.

I searched high and low for kiloware contacts this year and found one source in particular that I get approx 22kgs of quality kiloware per 4 to 6 weeks.

Over the last 2 days I have sorted 12kg and have worn a large patch of skin on each arm were they rests on my legs as I am sorting. On the right hand side the skin has worn to the point that it was bleeding.

Best part of sorting that 12kg is that I have ended up with 6kg of the new 1 dollar issues.But will have wait till the selling season starts again.

At the beginning of the year things did not look very good but what a finish too this year. Here's hoping for a great next year.

You definitely work at it I give you credit. I hope 2017 goes well for you better than last year. I haven't soaked stamps since 2015 so I have many to catch up on if I get the time between everything else. Have a Great New Year!

Just cleaned out my stamp/coin cabinet this weekend, I have been just setting new arrivals on the shelf, so I put upstairs for later sorting two plastic shoes boxes full of glassiness so hopefully I can get to them this winter yet.

Sorting kiloware is the best thing in stamping.

Sounds like you are very much involved in trying to organise things into an order.

Putting things in order is a great part of the fun of kiloware.

All my kiloware is selling fast only 70c left. Sorting some 50c 55c and 60c kiloware at present but out of 10kgs only 1.5kg (if I am blessed) of commemorative stamps only will make it into our kiloware mixes.

At present have on ebay, Australia 70c kiloware on paper commemoratives only in 250g neat & 500g packed lots.These are very popular for outside Australia buyers not just Australia buyers.
There is only 2.5kg left. Hoping for more kiloware to sort from a charity soon, hopefully.Plus an auction house goes off this week but a person keeps buying kiloware for as much as $300 per kg. Crazy Hey!

Good kiloware on paper is getting harder and harder to find.

Today kiloware that went outside Australia was to Portugal, Netherlands and New Zealand. Plus a 3.5kg lot sold to the Netherlands.

Kiloware has become very popular since I have taken the definitives out of the mixes. It has basically halved the mailing cost for buyers.

Normally the mixes are 50% comm's & 50% defin's.

Selling Stamps On ebay. What next?

So finally have come up with an answer for all our ebay stamps from 2000 to now. Will continue keeping and collect stamps from the "now" into the future.

Am just going to stop and store everything as it is so it can be started up again whenever.This era of Australia stamps that we have is not so easy to come across. The future will see the 55c (2008) to the start of the $1 issues(2016) become very hard to find. Our stamps fit this area of collecting.

The change from Auspost to printing very few stamp issues per year, that are available from the PO for 2 years is going to make stamps more common again. Totally unlike the 3 month, per many different issues, sold over the PO counter in the last 20 years or so.

Just going to stick to doing kiloware. Kiloware is the way I started stamp collecting and I do not want to stop doing kiloware. Its something I really enjoy doing.

Got my 1st lot of kiloware since Jan 2017 if I remember right it has been so long ago.

My best charity contact has just sent me over 60kgs of stamps on close cut paper. It includes 10kg of world on paper.

lol lol Got to get back to sorting speed again. Funny how we lose how to do things if we do not keep your eye in, so to speak.

Anybody want this invoice to pay for me? Really thought that I would never see a lot of kiloware over 20kg again but I have.

That 3kg box that came out of a 22kg box was a very hard lot to sort and great to get the eye in again with. It would be a dream box to win at auction.

It was difficult because it contained all denominations from 45c 50c 55c 60c comm's defins 65c 70c comm's & defins + 70c sheet stamps $1 comm's defins interpost high values split in two old & new + the finds container & not to forget the tub for everything else. All as keepers! The brain overloads as there is so many different.

Now am onto 65c 70c comm's defins + 70c sheet H/V new. Not so much to overload the brain. So good to do the hard lot 1st.

Can you see why the last lot is so easy to sort?
