If you look on the internet for:

Bandoeng seint via radio, ZWP LB

You will find a different type of cancel with the same text. seperating the Bandoeng potmark from the seint via radio advertising text.

This would indicate 2 senteces as indicated by Jan

Some interesting background is the first flight from the Netherlands Indies to the Netherlands was in 1927. By 1931 there was regular weekly airmail service from the Netherlands Indies to the Netherlands. The illustrated 1933 cover would have flown on this well established route.
