I have bought from APS Stampstore once or twice a year for several years and plan to continue. Since they are now on Hipstamp I assume I will first need to register with them? If so, I will create a new email address just for Hipstamp business. And what about the email address APS has for me? Will that be shared by APS with Hipstamp? It better not.

Yup, block it on the server side, or on the client side by setting up a filter that moves HS email directly to the trash. Depending on what computer you're on and the email client you're using, you may be able to set up a filter that causes HS emails automatically bounce back.

FWIW, attached are HS's email options. Gotta love the self-serving "not recommended" choices...
