GB 8 October 2009 / Eminent Britons: Mary Wollstonecraft (1759-1797) & Judy Fryd (1909-2000)   Mencap: The Royal Mencap Society is a charity based in the United Kingdom that works with people with a learning disability. Following one is commemorating the centenary of ICW, the organisation featured above stamp. Thailand 26 June 1988 / Centenary of International Women's Council / design: Veena Chantanatat  Thailand is one of the active countries of ICW, where produced a president of it in 1970s. And I am guessing by name, that stamp designer is female..? |
