It's a neat page to have, when you just run across it. It isn't likely to be a big moneymaker, though. While it's
possible a specialist would see something, there doesn't
appear to be anything uncommon there.
There are a lot of condition issues. I see "no gum" on upper left, creases and folds, at least one tear, lots of perf issues, toning, bad centering, and heavy cancels.
Where I am, Canada material needs to be
beautiful to sell at any respectable percentage of catalogue. I watched a large accumulation of material sit at 25% of Scott, then 20, 15, 10, and I bought it at 5% of Scott. I don't think
ebay is much different.
They're old. They're neat. I don't think they're particularly valuable.
