"Somme" postmark. There are postcards and wrappers - as perf says, thin paper indicates a cut-out from the latter.

The newspaper wrapper of this type was issued in 1882 and replaced in 1901.

These aren't fiscal stamps, though. There is a catalogue of entiers, but I don't think it's in print.

Y&T would still list postal stationery Geoff? My 2004 edition has a list towards the back.

My stamp has 3 perfectly straight lines and rounded corners and one side that is a little rough .
