Yes, very likely. Charles Shreve started advising Bill Gross around 1993, his collection was completed in 2005 with the trade for the 1c Z grill.

I was looking at lot 314, and am not convinced that they are all genuine. Would you buy the 2 cent and 5 cent without certs?
