Yep, that's how I recognized it. The design and printing method of that series is very distinctive.

The shape of the island reminded me a lot of Gibraltar. Unfortunately, you can fit in a straw what I know about USA stamps.

I agree it was attractive and could have been better if they were printed better. At the time, I would photograph them and enlarge but the graininess impared the image.
