Can't see any cancellation signs, and gum on revers

Hektor, you keep asking the same things over and over again, and getting the same response, over and over again. Why do you think posting yet another stamp with either gum or no gum will change any answers?

Answer yet again: These stamps are completely and absolutely normal. If you can't find any evidence of a cancel on the printed side, then it could be a mint stamp. If you can't find any gum on the other side ... that means nothing. Gum may have been soaked off for a variety of reasons by previous owners. (Even if you think they were untouched for years and years.)

So please, no more pictures or questions in this thread unless it actually is a "printed on gum side" error. If you have any OTHER types of questions, just start a completely new thread.

Very good. I'm suggesting that you don't post any more of the same pictures or questions in this thread until you talk to the stamp expert on Wednesday. You should wait, and then contact us on Thursday with their comments. Don't be surprised if you hear the same answers from them, and maybe they actually have one of these gum-side printed stamps to show you. Good luck.

OK, we'll have to lock this thread until 9/19/2024 when Hektor should have some answers from a local expert.
