Stamps and cover of the Airbus A380 airplane and of a ship, the helicopter carrier la Jeanne d'Arc.

I do not have any of the stamps or covers from this ebay seller from France yet but I think they are really good so thought I would post a few here.
ebay seller historiaphil http://myworld.ebay.com/historiaphil
or search ebay for Worldwide for ' canada a380 ' (a380 is an airplane).

See the thread on Personalized / Personalised stamps for covers with Canada Picture Postage as well as France MTM stamps on the same cover.

Close-up of the France personal stamp with the same design as the Canada Picture Postage one:

And a stamp of the Concorde:

This guy has some nice staff and does nice work.

These used Alaska Cruise Picture Postage and now on ebay under
CANADA, Canada - Alaska cruise used stamps, #1991De
Item number 290629454747 .

Even though the cancel is Calgary, these are hard to come by used in any form, let alone with a personalized photo from an actual cruise ship so the market may be there for this pair.

I won a stamp on ebay, I won a stamp on ebay! lol

It's been so long that I have been doing other stamp interests it is fun to get back to Picture Postage.

This one is for the Armenian Relief Society (ARS) for 100 years of devoted service from 1910 to 2010. Has a roller cancel.

Part of their statement on their UK web site:
http://ars-gb.org.uk/AboutArs.htm

Quote:
On 1 January 1910 in New York City, USA, a well known, young Armenian intellectual,by the name of Agnouni (Khachadour Maloumian) laid the foundations to bring together various women's charitable social organisations to form a joint society, known today as the Armenian Relief Society. The aim of this organisation was to provide and extend a helping hand to the needy Armenian people.
