The C in the postmark is inverted.
Port Foster is located on Deception Island, in the South Shetlands, about 550 nautical miles south of the Falkland Islands.
Since around 1820, the natural sheltered harbour, had been used as a whaling station. The harbour is located inside a caldera of a volcano which became flooded and that harbour has been long since been recognized as one of the safest in the South Atlantic,

Around the time the stamp was postmarked, whaling was beginning its decline.
Today, Deception Island is a port of call for Antarctic cruise ships.
The straight-line PORT FOSTER rubber stamp would have been applied at Deception Island. And there it waited until the next sailing for Port Stanley.

I have taken the liberty of posting this postmark which lacks a day. I am doing so because I have nothing for the 21st. So, the blank day is good any day in March, right?

Tower Resort is located on the north shore of Jamaica. It was founded in 1948 by Abe Issa, and it was a golden age of tourism development in Jamaica. Movie stars and even Winston Churchill vacationed there.

Abe Issa and his son John were commemorated with the issuance of a souvenir sheet marking the centenary of Tourism Law in Jamaica. Tower resort still exists today and is known as a Couples resort.

Jamaica #133 (SW.COM) was first issued as part of a 1938 definitive series featuring George VI and local views. This stamp is a nine-penny value.

For today…canceled March 21, 1991 at Albany, a port city in Western Australia whose Aboriginal name was Kinjarling.
