General San Martin with no period after the value first issued in 1924. This "on piece" was scheduled to go VIA AEREA from
Buenos Aires.Since I only found one item for today, I will disclose how I go about contributing to this topic. I digitize any items I own by country. From the country files I pull out anything with a readable date. I do supplement my readable dates with interesting items I see online and it all gets filed by date so I am ready to upload. However, while uploading images, I search catalogue numbers and attempt to determine the name of the post office. Sometimes that name triggers a query.
That is what happens when I go to Google or other maps. I satisfy my curiosity and maybe yours. I try to avoid mistakes, but if you see I have made one, it is appreciated when you are able to inform me of my errors. Like playing cards or bingo, somedays, my number just does not come up, or I will have just one entry like today.
For me this is a challenge, educational and fun. And that is why I do it.
Thank you for viewing.
