Help With Group Of Russian Stamps

A question has arisen in my mind, we all have some Russian model in pelure but we even have several types of 211 paper (white, yellow,thin, thick..), but does anyone have a 211a? Any photo where the black background can be seen through the paper?

OK, I will say it again. Scott 211a described as PELURE paper is also known as THIN paper. We are in semantics purgatory at this point. Below is a link to Scott 211a's on Loral's site. Loral is the absolute largest dealer of Russian stamps and the most knowledgeable. The owner is a treasure on par with Sismondo only specific to Russia. Take a look and call him if you want to. He does not bite. This went way off of the rails for a simple thing. Pelure (Scott) = Thin. There are no mysterious twelve paper types. The print quantities are known for the paper types. These issues have been studied and cataloged to death.

@rogdcam, thanks for that link. I checked the site (page 8). For all the pelure there, I can see the black background coming through. In my stamps that I said are not pelure, even though they are thin hard paper, no black comes through. As you have also said, I agree there are only the two papers. Pelure and not pelure.

Pelure definitely. Rogdcam's argument is very forceful and in line with everything seen, even in line with the notable differences between the two models that I have in my hands.
