Hello, I came across this stamp while sorting through a stock book of old German stamps. I haven't been able to find any information on this one. Can someone help?

Any information like date of issue, catalogue reference, what other values in the set if any, will be appreciated

This may have something to do with the company growing from 12 employees when founded in 1871 and having 1,000 employees in 1899. Probably used as seal for company mail in, or shortly after, 1899.
