I haven't had any issues purchasing internationally, but then again I've also limited my purchases to relatively inexpensive sendings that go regular letter mail. During the last several months, I also haven't made any international sales on ebay (but have on Delcampe), which suggests that my participation in the ebay International Shipping program was costing me sales, as was pointed out to me here in another thread.
