Gizzmo4222- it seems usually when this happens, it's the same person. One sign is that the second, third etc, accounts have zero feedback. My nextdoor neighbour is a British Indian stamp dealer; has an
ebay store, and I've not heard anything from him about problems selling to India, but that's a lot bigger market.
