As you search for 2878, here is a comparison of the two. The font is quite different.

2877 "G" Makeup Rate: lighter blue dove, thin typeface, perforated 11x10.8

2878 "G" Makeup Rate: dark blue dove, thick typeface, perforated 10.8x10.9
