Your cover is apparently a FDC for the 10c stamp, and dated Sept 2, 1938.

Here's a similar cover on ebay with additional stamps. This one was dated Sept 14, 1938, which is the date of issue for the 12cent stamp.

Looks like someone was creating a series of these Prexie stamps on FDCs by including each previous stamp....
