I would appreciate any help plating the attached stamp.

I have spent some time attempting to plate it but have not been able to find a convincing match. I have marked a few potential plating marks on the image that I thought might help with identification.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This is a Plate 4 B relief. Plate 4 is notorious for its inconsistent plating marks, and this stamp appears to be no exception. I cannot match the mark on the shoulder to any position I have or see illustrated in the Plating Archive or the Siegel website, but marks in the upper lettering lead me to 20L4 (the spacing from the stamp to the left is also consistent with this).

I agree with @dudley that it's a Plate 4 B relief.

For the benefit of readers, the B relief has a broken top line.
Since the bottom line here is complete, this stamp is Ty IIIA, Scott #22.
