I have this two new 3 cent, and I hope there is a good one, the stamp on the right has hard paper "thick paper".

Both look like #64 in different shades. I don't know that paper thickness is a common differentiator for these stamps. On both stamps, the centering is poor and there are some perf issues. The stamp on the left looks a bit dirty and maybe a hinge or something on the back - I'd soak it.
