A freak or oddity (as in 'EFO, errors, freaks and oddities). Many of these have very limited market value, most tend to fall into the 'curiosity' area and do not demand much of a premium at all. Note: I do not see any misperf in your images above, they look like normal perfs to me. The last image shows staple holes and are not perfs. Don APS #094826 |

Thanks Don, I didn't think about staple holes. Those were what prompted me to post because they were so far out of place. That explains it. I appreciate it! Jonathan |

From the first few photos it appears the last columnar perf is missing. The first photo shows it's in the corner.
The last photo shows the gum side perfs at some point but not the corner.
You may want to post a gum side photo of that corner. |

I don't want to waste one of my two humble opinions allowed, but it looks like one of the perforating 'pins' was missing or perhaps broke off. A curiosity, if that, as Don said. |

Waazwi, please read the two posts above your last one. The question was solved - there is nothing wrong with the perforations and he was wondering about the staple holes. Be careful - only one left before you have to make an appointment! (just kidding)

...and all this time I thought that doctors were telling their patients to collect stamps to relax, no stress, nothing the worry about, it's easy, it's satisfying, nothing to think about...
Waazwi - IMHO Your humble opinion may differ. Do not make more than two humble opinions a day. If your humble opinion always differs from everyone else's, please see your doctor. Results may vary. |

Jonathan, please note that your plate block is infected with mildew (most obvious in the yellow brown spots on the selvage (they are probably growing slowly, you just may not notice). If you have another plate block, you should either use the one shown for postage or toss it, so that you don't spread the mildew to other stamps. |
