i donīt collect them, but I have many theese revenues, all have common cancelation, but this one is little odd.
Any idea?

i believe it is a simple old fashioned date stamp. like the kind you get in a supply store

The IRS didn't care how these were canceled as long as they were canceled to prevent reuse. It could be Pen, Hand stamp, or Cut/Punched. Yours is nothing to unusual.
