Tom, thanks for the update..the 1940s Mellone I have was printed in June 1984..it pays to keep up with FDC values but the books are expensive..i have the scott 2007 soft cover catalog that I bought from Subway for about 6 bucks..but of course that only gives generic values like 1.25 etc but does not have cachet values !
I am glad everyone is enjoying these covers as much as I am enjoying showing them, so to keep everyone watching here are a couple more of them. Also thank you for all the info you are giving on them it is comming in very handy.
