Stampvirgin is right...you would need to provide a higher resolution image to properly identify several possible varieties of this stamp.

Without that detail, you'll have to try and identify it on your own. This was taken out of a catalog that may help to explain what to look for:

Just some basic information. The one cent Franklins were produced by Toppan, Caroenter, Casiler and company. There are five types and even several known subtypes. The main reason is that several plates were used and the designs differed slightly on the individual stamps.
