the second image, second row, first stamp 25 cent Bond stamp has a nice "embossing" on it, like someone would do with a notary seal. All I can make so far is "New York"

The Cancel on the RB8b and the 50 cent Conveyance are examples of hand cancels. Printed Cancels are just that, they are PRINTED onto the stamp with a printer. Similar to a precancel.
