Bob, have checked and 116 is a shield and eagle similar in design to 121 but without the flags.

121 is one of my favorite stamps. I am not even sure if I have it in my album, if so I am positive it has a heavy cork cancel also.

Kropewinicki, great to see a new person jumping right in...do you also have worldwide or foreign stamps in your albums...they are my main interest !!

I have one international stamp album. Right now I am first photographing my FDC and stamp blocks.

coolest foreign FDC I have is from greenland 1960ish.
