Austria was one of the countries that issued a stamp for the 100th Anniversary of the ITU in 1965

That would be UIT for Union internationale des télécommunications, the French version of the name.

Speaking of the UPU..i found this cover from 1949..when as we all kn ow many stamp issuing countries issued stamps such as the British Commonwealth omnibus series !!
